IRS efile approved for fast electronic filing for federal and state returns. Most simple returns $95.00 (1040 with 1 W2) includes efiling and direct deposit of refunds. Accounting fees $40/hr if monthly client, $50/hr if you come in quarterly.

We're sorry, but we cannot file returns electronically after October 15th for the current year.  Also, if you found a deduction that would result in a bigger refund, you have three years to file a 1040X and get that refund!

P.S. It was not H&R Blocks idea to check your previous year tax return for free, the IRS has had that requirement for all tax preparers to check the previous year and correct any errors.
